The services we provide to industrial and maritime sectors according to the standards of fire safety as hereunder;

Consultancy Services

Fire safety assessments of facilities are made and fire consultancy services are provided at international standards for all the following titles.

  • Determining on fire risk analysis of structures. Project or consultancy service according to regulations and International standards,
  • Creation of fire scenarios,
  • Appropriate system selection and integration,
  • Inspection and control of fire fighting systems,
  • Regulation of fire training and exercises,
  • Supervision on personnel about fire precautions,

Engineering & Project Services

The engineering unit with experienced staff designs sensing and suppression systems of marine and industrial projects via 7 different softwares approved by Europe and / or USA.

The technical staff on field has been specially trained by consultant engineers approved by chamber of mechanical engineers or NFPA certificated and producers. Professional developments are followed by updated publications from our NFPA, our certified VDS, UK Fire Engineers room, or international fairs and seminars. We consult with fire advisors from US or UK at international projects or in case of investor requests.

Special projects are evaluated by discussing synergy created by ourselves. The most appropriate solutions to risks and standards are being established. Manufactured images of all projects are kept up-to-date for virtual and printed archives, maintenance, testing and new business demands. Project leaders engage in field discovery, design and engineering studies, preparation of work orders at site, field inspections and hydraulic tests.

Assembling, Comissoning & Tests

Hydraulically assisted electromechanical assemblies of systems are carried out by our CE certified installation teams under control and coordination of project leaders. Our engineers and technical teams have international certifications.

Certified products and engineering services complied with IMCO rules are provided to military and commercial ships according to Turkish Loydu service certificate. Tests of gas suppression system, being peculiar to vessels and manufactured by us, are performed at our 500mᶟ special test room according to IMCO 848 rules.

According to national regulation, NFPA or International requirements; function tests, scenario tests and periodical tests are performed by our technical staff. NFPA 2001 “Door Fan Test”, “Integtity” and “Sealing Tests” are performed and reported by our staff with our equipments.

Maintenance & Refilling

Periodic maintenance should be provided to ensure that fire safety systems can operate efficiently without disruption for many years. There are actions that must be taken to ensure that fire safety systems are able to fulfill the actual function completely. Performing these operations in accordance with the standards will also prevent future troubles. Maintenance and repair procedures that are generally required for a purchased fire safety system are as hereunder;

  • Maintenance and repairs of the systems,
  • Re-fills,
  • Elimination of faults,
  • Replacement, renewal of components used in manufacturing.

Repair, recharging, periodical maintenance, testing and control services are provided throughout the country with our vehicle fleet. Monthly and annual periodical maintenances of fire safety systems are performed at many establishments according to NFPA and NATO regulations.

A special unit has been set up for maintenance and repairs of our water pressure high pressure pumps and factory level maintenance are performed by us.

Theoretical / Practical Trainings

Training, training documents and training certifications are provided free of charge during temporary acceptance of the systems which are designed, manufactured, imported and assembled by our company. The certificates are regarded only as “Participation” certificates. It is not a “Success” certificate. In order to be regarded as a “success”, schools and universities or entities accredited in fire protection must provide trainings or supports. If requested, it can be organized for a price.

Trainings are provided by staff of our company theoretically and / or practically for fire safety. During course of these trainings; these services are provided that procurement of necessary materials, equipment for personels who would be educated, scripting and coordination for staff to be trained, giving a short training conference to administrators, establishing fire defense concept at a settlement, and certification of personnel by an accredited organization. Upon details of trainings requested by an organization, which need to know, following trainings are given by us. The scope of these trainings can be expanded or narrowed. Fiction can be provided in coordination with a professional organization in order to the trainings become documentary.

  • Creation and performing of emergency action plan at industrial facilities,
  • Usage of automatic fire suppression systems and trainings of their maintenances,
  • Coordinated fire scenarios of campuses, factory complexes, organized industrial zones, etc. and implementation of their training as an application,
